In 1941 we began business as the Refrigeration Equipment Company. With our diversification into Food Service Equipment after World War II our original name was no longer appropriate.

In 1959 we became Messner Inc.

In 1966 we added the Janitorial Supply and Maintenance Division.

In 1967 we began selling the Advance line of floor machines and equipment.

In 1969 we became a distributor for the Butcher Polish Company.

In 1984 we purchased Sun Prairie Industrial and Janitor Supply Company.

In 1993 we purchased OKeefe Supply Company.
